48 hours cancelation or rescheduling notification required.

Non-refundable deposits required for any permanent makeup tattooing or full set of lash services. Deposit will be applied to total cost due.

One-time courteous rescheduling with proper 48 hours notification acceptable.

Twice rescheduled appointments, no-shows, or improper cancelations will forfeit deposit.

Late arrivals to appointment will be deducted of time booked or possibly canceled.

No guests in the treatment room during procedures, no exceptions this is a policy of the insurance.
